2. Bookings & Payments

• All bookings require advance confirmation via phone, email, or website form.
• A booking deposit may be required to secure the date of service.
• Full payment must be completed before or on the day of the event.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for a partial refund.
• Cancellations within 3 days of the event are non-refundable due to preparation costs.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Event Responsibility

While Balloon Magic ensures high-quality decoration services, we are not responsible for damages caused by weather, venue restrictions, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities. Balloon Magic reserves the right to restrict access for misuse or violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Balloon Magic shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

7. Changes to Terms

Balloon Magic reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
