Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Balloon Magic, we strive to provide the best decoration services for your special occasions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date are eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
- Events can be rescheduled at least 5 days before the event date, subject to availability.
- If the rescheduled date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation.
3. Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Any payment gateway charges or transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Last-minute cancellations due to change of mind.
- Venue restrictions or conditions beyond our control.
- Adverse weather conditions affecting outdoor decorations.
